Condition Notes:

In great restored vintage condition with signs of wear consistent with the age and use of the sofa and chairs. This sofa set has been newly upholstered with a green wool blend fabric, new foam, new webbing and new batting. The teak frame has been cleaned and the oil finish has been refreshed. All joints have been inspected and tightened as needed. The brass hooks have been cleaned and realigned. There are some scratches and areas of discoloration from years of use (see photos for examples). There is some oxidation to the brass (see photos for examples).
