Condition Notes:

In great condition with wear consistent with the age and use of the rocking chair and ottoman. The chair and ottoman frames have been cleaned and polished. The cushions are newly upholstered with new leather, foam, dacron, and dustcovers. All joints have been inspected and tightened as needed. Some imperfections remain such as shallow scratches, minor scuffs, and some areas of discoloration from years of use (see photos for examples). More photos can be provided upon request.
