Condition Note:

In great restored vintage condition with wear consistent with the age and use of the chair and ottoman. This chair has been newly upholstered with new foam, batting, and new stain resistant poly-blend upholstery. The steel frame has been cleaned and hand polished. The adjustable feet all are in good working order. There are some minor scuffs to the steel frame (see photos for examples). More photos can be provided upon request.
