In great condition with wear consistent with the age and use of the sofa. This sofa has been cleaned and the leather has been conditioned. All joints have been inspected and are in good condition. There are no tears to the leather. There are some shallow scratches, minor scuffs, and some areas of discoloration from years of use (see photos for examples).
