In great condition for the age and use of the chair. There are some minor scuffs on the steel and aluminum base (see photos for examples). There are no stains or tears in the wool upholstery. There is a minor bubbling in the fabric from loss of adhesion but it appears to be purely an aesthetic issue (see photos for examples). More photos can be provided upon request
